Has more than fourteen years of experience in different fields of Civil Engineering, some of which are:
- Management of construction projects as a top of the team.
- Responsible for completion of construction in schedule time.
- To review and advise MD/GM regarding preliminary designs and estimates for
sound and effective solutions and minimize costing as far possible. This will make the
consultants more conscious regarding estimates / budgeting of projects. - To prepare work-schedule of up-coming projects in consultation with concern engineers.
- To co-ordinate and monitor with consultants as regards the progress of design & drawings.
- To prepare work-schedule of up-coming projects in consultation with concern engineers.
- Working in “Routine Maintenance Project”, Chittagong assisted by “Institutional Development Component”. Construction supervision of 25km new Highway alignment with adjacent slow traffic road project including nine Bridges and thirty-nine Culverts in “Nalka- Hatikamrul- Bonpara New Road Project”, Sirajgonj.
- Project implementation and completion on due time.
- Planning and supervision of construction work.
- Analyzing the rates of different items & finding the costing of project and continuous supervision at the time of construction.
- Quotation and preparation of tender schedule of construction project for bidding in different government and private organizations.
- Preparation of Project Proposal (PP) for bank loans for different projects.
- Designing concrete mixes and using making Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) in automatic plant.
- Quality control of construction work by performing different laboratory tests before and at the time of construction work.
- Concrete and pavement mix designs for different type of uses. Performing various types of Material test both Lab. test & Field test required for both new construction & reconstruction of Roads, Bridges, Culverts etc. of “Road Maintenance and Improvement Project” (RMIP), Chittagong.
- Construction supervision of 7km road Reconstruction project including six Culverts in “Flood Damage Rehabilitation Project” financed by World Bank.
- Construction supervision of 11km road Reconstruction project in “Flood Damage Restoration Project” financed by Asian Development Bank.
- Design & supervision of construction work of academic and residential building of “Islamic University Chittagong”.
- Design & supervision of 10-storied commercial building at Kachukhet, Lalsharai, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka.
- Design & supervision of 11-storied commercial building at Lalkhan Bazar, Chittagong.
Has huge experience in Higher Management Position in different Group of Company such as CITYSCAPE INTERNATIONAL LTD, FINLAY PROPERTIES LTD, TECHNO BUILDERS LTD, EPIC PROPERTIES LTD,DEVELOPMENT DESIGN CONSULTANT (DDC) LTD, SPACE.
