Has more than 16 years of professional experience in different field of
Civil Engineering Management in Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates such as
- As Head of operation in Industrial and Residential Building, responsible for Planning, organize resources and overall Construction Management of Structural and finishing work in most economic way within the scheduled time with better quality.
- As Project Engineer of 28 Storied Tower and 289 Villa project which includes Execution and Construction Management of Superstructure, Block work, Plastering work, tile, marble, painting, and Monitoring of false ceiling, dummy roof, waterproofing, Boundary wall, Swimming pool & MEP work.
- As Project Manager of Telecommunication Infrastructure development project which includes Construction Management, Grounding Works, Tower Fabrication, Supply, Erection and Painting, Electrical works etc.
- Over all monitoring and quality control of construction & rehabilitation of urban and rural road, road related infrastructure such as box culvert, Steel bridges, pipe drain, cable ducting, sewerage and water supply connection, footpath etc.
- As Construction Engineer was responsible for day-to-day construction supervision and checking of pre-construction activities viz detailed working drawing, shop drawing and temporary work detail, topographic survey, Traffic survey, OD survey, DCP test, Deflection test and check set-out. Details task include construction supervision during execution, recording measurement, provide base data for monthly progress report, checking request for variation proposal, verification of payment application and claims for time extension and quality control of works.
- Worked for preparation of construction plan monitor the progress as per the schedule and also worked for preparation of construction drawing using Auto-CAD, bill of quantities, rate analysis and cost estimation of Flood damaged Road Repair packages, Intersection improvement packages and Inter district Bus Terminal; Improvement of Progati Sarani and Improvement of Hare, Kamal Ataturk, and Phoenix Road under Dhaka City Corporation. Assisted in preparation of geometric design, general arrangement drawings of minor structure using AutoCAD and generation of report, and quality assurance plan.
Has huge experience in Higher Management Position in different Group of Company such as Orion Group, Sky Construction CLLC, UAE, Asian Infrastructure Development Company Limited, UAE based, COBRA- TEDAGUA JV, BEL Construction Sdn Bhd., SARM Associates Ltd.
